“We came to Loyalty Mobile Innovations after rescuing our project from a vendor we’d contracted with in California who’d had it their queue for more than a year before calling to report they were just days away from claiming a bankruptcy that would leave our $480,000 dollar Tactical Communications Vehicle in the hands of a federal bankruptcy receiver. That notice started a chain of events that culminated in literally catching the next flight to San Diego and putting our $80,000 dollar truck chassis on a lowboy hauler so we could get it off their lot before the bankruptcy court laid claim to it.

Compounding the complexity of this rescue was that our previous vendor had had the project so long, we now risked loosing the grant stream that was paying for the truck because the timeline to expend those monies was fast approaching and so little of the construction work had actually been completed. We found Loyalty Mobile Innovations through some other law enforcement partners, did some quick reference checks, and headed off to Gallatin Tennessee with nothing more than a full set of design drawings and a partially assembled truck.

Working with Joe and his crew was an absolute pleasure. From the start they took our haggard project team aside to assure them their sole mission from that day forward was not only to snatch this project from the jaws of defeat that had so firmly clamped its teeth around it, but to deliver a product in the end that far exceeded all or our original performance expectations… and that’s exactly what they did.

The build team was often faced with having to undue or revise work that had already been done by our prior vendor in order to ensure the finished product met the standards of design and construction so evident in all of Loyalty’s other work. Today, we are the proud owner of a Tactical Communications Vehicle that contains 6 full dispatch work stations, each outfitted and equipped to mirror those housed in our Public Safety Dispatch Center. In addition to its primary role of offering on-scene commanders the ability to bring tactical communications to the field, the truck is also fully capable of acting as a back-up PSAP in the event a catastrophic event renders our primary communications center inoperable.
